+ GST for a full day booking. Minimum half day booking $250 + GST. Discounts available for regular bookings.

Are the above rates negotiable?

Yes, just ask. We offer discounts if you pay upfront annually, book multiple people or lock in for an extended term.

What is my notice period?

We offer month-by-month alongside longer term arrangements. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, end of term.

How will I be billed?

We send invoices monthly in advance, payable via direct debit or credit card within 7 days (a payment link is always on the invoice).

Is there a deposit or bond?

No bond required. We do require your first invoice paid in full before your start date.

Do I have to pay extra to use the boardroom?

No. If you're in the open plan or have a private room, the boardroom is free to book, with priority over external bookings. There's also a small meeting table for informal chats and a phone booth for calls.
